This Fincaruine is located not far from the small and beautiful village Son Carrio. Son Carrio is located between Manacor and Arta and you can reach the famous coastal towns of this area, like Portocristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor...and of course the sea.

The finca offers a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the village of Son Carrio with its church tower. The plot consists of two parcels. Due to the size of the plot you can either open an agroturism (farm) or build an additional house on the second plot. Both plots are accordingly large.
